List Your Screening Party Living room screening parties are already an important grass roots tool to spread the word about an indie movie that doesn't benefit from the marketing coiffers at Paramount Vantage. Independent Films Direct expects the ritual of living room screening parties to spread, and IFD hopes it becomes a phenomenon. One of the goals of IFD is to assist and encourage living room screening parties.  What's Going On Up There?

Maryanne Galvin's What's Going On Up There? is screening along with Julia Barry's In Her Image, Catherine Donahue's Banged and Julie Tremblay's Drifting. The three-hour shorts program is part of an international celebration of women artists called SWAN Day (Support Women Artists Now).
