Admissions for Norwegian productions and co-productions passed the two million mark last weekend, making it the best results since 2003. Last Saturday's ”Big Cinema Day,” during which cinema tickets were half price, brought in an overall 172,051 admissions, up 6% from 2007 and one of the best results ever in the 19-year history of the event.
